Food Hall – Bajsownia, Supersam, Katowice
The scope of work:
Demolition: Removal of existing plumbing, central heating, air handling units, and ventilation ducts.
Sanitary and safety systems: Installation of modern plumbing (level -1, ground floor) and hydrant and central heating systems (ground floor, roof – connections to air handling units).
Process ventilation: Comprehensive installation of ventilation systems in the food hall area, circulation zones, and adjacent offices. Within the food service outlets themselves, we carried out a full installation, including the mounting, connection, and adjustment of exctractor hoods.
Logistics and roof infrastructure: Placement of 8 advanced Frapol air handling units on the building’s roof and precise routing of ducts through shafts directly to the food service units.
Supersam in Katowice has gained a unique culinary and social space. Our team had the pleasure of carrying out comprehensive installation work for the new Bajsownia concept. Food service projects of this scale require the highest level of engineering precision. Our team successfully executed a complete modernization of the technical infrastructure across three levels (level -1, ground floor, and roof). The result is a modern, safe, and perfectly ventilated space ready to welcome guests
