A complex of residential buildings Browary Warszawskie within the Wola district, surrounded by Grzybowska, Wronia and Krochmalna streets, in Warsaw. The investment consists of six new residential buildings, four office facilities and three restored heritage buildings. The construction of the housing estate began in the fourth quarter of 2016 and will last 50 months. The office space of these eleven-storey residential buildings will reach 50 thousand square meters, whereas the commercial space 6 thousand square meters. This building is an investment by Echo Investment company, it was designed by architects from the JEMS Architekci studio, while the general contractor is the construction company Eiffage Polska Budownictwo.
