Centrum Południe in Wrocław is a complex of five buildings located at Powstańców Śląskich Street, characterized by multifunctionality, modern spaces full of various possibilities and amenities. It is a perfect example of the highest quality and ESG standards that a modern office building can offer. The comfort of office users will be ensured by, among others, particulate filters that retain pollen and fungal spores, air humidifiers, ventilation systems and quiet air conditioning based on cooling beams. The building is also equipped with numerous technologies that reduce its impact on the natural environment. It is fully powered by electricity produced from renewable sources. Energy-saving LED lighting was used in public areas. There are also technologies that allow, among others, the reuse of grey and rainwater. Thanks to this, over the course of a year the building can use as much as 40% less energy and 58% less water compared to the base building certified in the LEED system.
