MidPoint71 is a project offering nearly 37,000 sq m. of modern office space. The office building has 14 above-ground storeys and consists of several blocks. The glass façades on the lower floors have been covered with brick and brown elements. The owner of the office building is Echo Investment.

The American company 3M GSC Poland has been providing specialized business services for over 50 EMEA countries. It is one of the largest foreign employers operating in Wrocław.
