Moje Miejsce, Warsaw HAVAS, Beethoven and Idzikowski Street

Havas Group has decided to rent the office space of over 4 600 square meters on Beethoven Street in Moje Miejsce complex. Moje Miejsce complex is being constructed in Dolny Mokotów on Beethovena Street. The investment will include five residential buildings with 244 apartments and two office buildings with 34 000 square meters of the total rental area. The JEMS Architekci studio is responsible for the architectural design and the investor is Echo Investment company. The whole complex will be certified in the BREEAM system.
