An office building at 100 Aleje Jerozolimskie, within the Ochota district, in Warsaw. Also known as Cirrus. The construction of the Equator IV edifice started in December 2014 and lasted for 41 months. The Total space of this thirteen-storey building is almost 35 thousand square meters, and the usable area is almost 31 thousand square meters, where the largest part is occupied by offices – over 19 thousand square meters, and less by commercial and service premises – 649 square meters. APA Wojciechowski office is responsible for architectural design of the large building, its general contractor is the Warbud company, and the investor is Karimpol Polska. The office building is certified in the BREEAM system at a Very Good level. Mota Engil Real Estate Management (MEREM).
