Q22 is an office building at 22 Aleja Jana Pawła II, corner of Grzybowska, in the Śródmieście district in Warsaw. Deloittle is one of the renter. The features of the office of the Deloitte consulting company, which moved into 42-storey Q22 office building in Warsaw, include – area over 11 thousand square meters, 10 floors, modern arrangement of the working space, as well as a full involvement of the employees in the office co-design of one of the most modern office buildings in Poland, and a whole range of facilities allowing for effective work in a modern space. Q22 obtained the BREEAM Interim Excellent ecological certificate, with the highest level in this category (79,1 per cent) in Poland. The design of the building was created by the renowned Kuryłowicz & Associates architectural studio. The owner of the building is Echo Investment company.
