This large building is a development investment by Echo Investment company, designed by architects from the studio of Autorska Pracownia Architektury Kuryłowicz & Associates with headquarters in Warsaw. The Spektrum Tower office building, The Westin Warsaw large building and the Radisson Blu Centrum Hotel are located nearby. This building obtained the BREEAM Interim Excellent certificate.
