The large building is a development investment by Echo Investment company from Kielce. Fabet Konstrukcje and Modzelewski & Rodek are its general contractors, while the architectural concept was designed by B’ART Pracownia Architektury, Urbanistyki i Wnętrz, Bartłomiej Biełyszew from Warsaw. Buildings are equipped with the BMS, energy consumption meters, access control system, round-the-clock monitoring and security, telephone exchange and reception.
