Symetris Business Park is an office building in the Widzew district at 86 Piłsudski street. Also known as Aurus. The office space of this ten-storey building amounts to 19 000 square meters, while the commercial space is 1500 square meters. This sizeable building is a development project by Echo Investment from Kielce. Fabet Konstrukcje and Modzelewski & Rodek are its general contractors, while the architectural concept was designed by B’ART Pracownia Architektury, Urbanistyki i Wnętrz, Bartłomiej Biełyszew from Warsaw. Buildings are equipped with the BMS, energy consumption meters, access control system, round-the-clock monitoring and security, telephone exchange and reception desk. All works were done in accordance with all the requirements and obligations for the purposes of obtaining the BREEAM certificate at a very good level.
