The Solar Polska partnership rents almost 1000 square meters of the office area in Symetris Business Park – the office complex in Łódź – which owner is EPP. Solar Polska ltd. is a part of Grupa Solar – one of the biggest trade partners in North Europe in the field of distribution of solutions for electrical installation and industrial companies. Solar has been on the Polish market since 1998. Symetris Business Park is an office building in Łódź within the district of Widzew, at 86 Piłsudski Street. It is also known as Aurus. The office space of this ten-storey building amounts to 19 000 square meters, while the commercial space is 1500 square meters. This large building is a development project by Echo Investment company from Kielce. Fabet Konstrukcje and Modzelewski & Rodek are its general contractors, while the architectural concept was designed by B’ART Pracownia Architektury, Urbanistyki i Wnętrz, Bartłomiej Biełyszew from Warsaw. The buildings are equipped with the BMS, energy consumption meters, access control system, round-the-clock monitoring and security, telephone exchange and reception desk. All work was carried out to comply with all the requirements and obligations for the purposes of obtaining the BREEAM certificate at a very good level.
