Legacy Tower Mint, Warsaw, WeWork, 21 Pereca Street

The complex of the office buildings – Legacy Tower Mint – is located in the capital city within the Wola district, on 21 Pereca Street, which is on the corner of Prosta and Żelazna street. Often referred to as the mBank Tower. The investment comprises of the office complex consisting of two office buildings with a commercial area and a spacious car garage in the underground part. The construction of the buildings started in the fourth quarter of 2016 and was completed in 2020. The usable area of these multi-storey buildings is almost 66 thousand square meters, where the biggest part is occupied by office space – consisting of 53 thousand square meters, and the remaining part which is used for retail premises – almost 5 thousand square meters. Golub GetHouse along with Plish Mint are the investors of the object, and as its general contractor was Warbud construction company. Legacy Tower Mint obtained the BREEAM certificate at the Outstanding level as the first high-rise-building in Poland.
