Powiśle Power Plant, Warsaw, Vodeno, 42 Dobra Street

This complex of office buildings – Powiśle Power Plant – was built in Warsaw in revitalized historical buildings of the 20^thcentury Warsaw Power Plant within the Śródmieście district, located at Leszczyńska, Wybrzeże Kościuszkowskie, Zajęcza, Dobra. Powiśle Power Plant investment consists of 6 buildings, where 5 of them are independently BREEAM certified: 3 new office buildings, 1 new apartment block and 1 revitalized commercial building (a historic building of the former power plant). The construction of the buildings started at the beginning of 2016. The usable area of these objects is equal to 50 thousand square meters, where the biggest part is the office space – 22 thousand square meters, and the smaller for commercial space with 40 shops – 15 thousand square meters. The project author is an architectural office from Warsaw – APA Wojciechowski, while its investors are Tristan Capital Partners from Warsaw in cooperation with White Star Real Estate.
